These terms describe use of the CKCP Store Order Mail integration operated by 广东创客车品科技有限公司 (CKCP).
Authorized connection
The designated store owner connects only a mailbox they own or are authorized to use. The owner reviews Google’s requested sending permission and controls that authorization. OAuth credentials must be entered in the secure store connection form and kept confidential.
Service scope
The integration sends approved WooCommerce new-order notices to CKCP and order-status and refund notices to the corresponding saved customer billing address. It also supports one connection-check message to the owner. It is not a public mailbox-connection service or a bulk-mail tool.
Service operation
Delivery depends on Google, recipient email providers and the store’s availability. A successful send request does not guarantee that a recipient has read a message. Customers can check their order in the store or contact CKCP if a notice is missing.
Stopping access
The owner can withdraw Gmail authorization through their Google Account settings and request that CKCP remove the stored connection. Sending stops if the authorization is withdrawn or the connection is disabled. Any additional permission or new use requires a separate review and consent.

These terms apply to the email integration. Product purchases, payment, shipping, returns and installation support are governed by the information presented for the corresponding store transaction.
